Actuaries and Associates can provide our clients with the freedom to enjoy the benefits of their plans without the burden of the record keeping and government reporting requirements. These requirements are taken care of by our broad array of services. We collect the payroll and plan investment fund information from the plan sponsor or their representative. This data is used to produce reports for the Fiduciaries, Trustees and plan participants. This finished product is then delivered, making the complex rules and regulations transparent to the client. Since we have been specializing in these services for years, we feel that we understand what the client expects.

Each plan trustee has a choice of how often they want administration done for the plan. Currently we do reports on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. For some plans we also do investment directions that detail the amount of contribution to each account that the participants have chosen.

Our clients include companies ranging in size from one man sole proprietorships to large corporations. The clients of the company come from various business backgrounds. However, they all have one thing in common; they either intend to establish or have already established, one or more benefit plans and need specialized assistance with the ongoing administration of the plans.

Actuaries and Associates does not sell financial products or insurance of any kind. We offer the "technical support" for pension plans on a fee-only basis.
