It is difficult to properly administer your plan without knowing when events such as distributions and loans have occurred.  Please contact us to request distribution calculations and loan requests so we can be certain that the proper amounts have been paid out of the Plan.  There are some instances where it will be required that you contact us to make changes to your Plan Document.  There are many legal and regulatory issues involved when certain events occur.  Some of these instances include:
 

 

 Change in Company name or type of entity  
  Death, Retirement or Termination of a named Trustee
  Change in address  
  Desire to amend the Plan to change an elective provision
  Merger or acquisition by/of your Company  
  Desire to terminate your Plan
