We offer standardized and non-standardized prototype documents and individually designed plans. Our prototype plans contain IRS pre-approved language and offer the degree of flexibility required by the vast majority of companies. However, when the situation demands greater flexibility in plan design and provisions, our individually designed plan documents are also available.
